Does this make us more effective or are we just doing less these days? It was more effort and work to run the station as a collective. Necessary change happened slowly. Now, there is just the opinion of one person to keep the status qu0 or to move on to new solutions. The rest of us struggle just to be heard. We don’t have any real autonomy and votes are controlled by the manager. So, proposals are rejected before vote by the sole decision of the manager.
Recruitment is no longer a priority. Outreach is considered a violation of security. Promotion only for the purpose of fundraising.
